Today she’s devoted to engaging corporate and nonprofit communities and volunteers with Girls For A Change and the Bill Wilson Center. Kim is also active on several boards and committees including Silicon Valley Leadership Group, Silicon Valley Capital Club and San Jose State Alumni Association.
Vice Chairman, Michael MacNeill, Founding Partner, Mac Advisors, has more than 45 years experience in fields including finance and executive coaching for Fortune 1000 companies around the globe. His clients include Kaiser Permanente, Charles Schwab, Franklin Templeton, VISA, Levis, Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America and Pacific Gas and Electric. He’s also a Founding Father for the Family Violence Prevention Fund campaign.
Treasurer, Lisa Askins, Founding Partner, Center Stage Group, has co-created innovative leadership programs such as Power Camp for Women. Lisa has held various executive and management positions and has created a niche for herself as a virtual presence educator and strategic thinking coach. She is passionate about helping others discover and develop their authentic expression.
Secretary, Sherman Wang, Executive Consultant, Kaiser Permanente, has been an executive for this leading healthcare provider for more than 20 years. He’s also a CPCC, and a leader of Kaiser’s summer mentorship program for youth in Compton, Calif. who want to enter the medical field.
Caroline MacNeill Hall, President of Mac Advisors, is a senior faculty member of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the premier coaching school in the world. As a consultant and coach, she has served organizations such as IBM, 3M, US Bank, Marriott Hotels, Kaiser Permanente and the Federal Reserve Bank. She is co-author of the book The Bigger Game: A Roadmap for On Purpose Leadership.
